Who We Are

Bubble Surge ("the app," "the game") is published by KIBU Global Ventures LLC ("we," "us," "our"), an Oklahoma limited liability company. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

Information We Collect Directly

None that identifies you. Bubble Surge does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials, because there is no account system. We do not operate our own analytics servers and we do not receive personal information from the game directly.

Game data such as your high scores, daily streak, sound preference, and daily-boost status is stored locally on your device only, in the app's own storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently.

Information Collected by Advertising (Google AdMob)

Bubble Surge is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To select, deliver, measure, and limit the frequency of ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information automatically, which can include:

• Device identifiers, including the device Advertising ID (Android) or, where applicable and permitted, the IDFA (iOS)
• Approximate, non-precise location derived from your IP address
• Device and technical information such as device model, operating system version, language, and network type
• Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown and whether they were tapped

This processing is performed by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and how AdMob handles data. To understand how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Personalized vs Non-Personalized Ads and Your Choices

Depending on your region and your choices, ads may be personalized (based on the advertising profile Google associates with your device) or non-personalized. You control this:

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads lets you reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization, and on newer devices delete the Advertising ID entirely.
• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking controls whether apps may request to track. If the app shows an App Tracking Transparency prompt, your choice there governs personalized advertising.
• Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), you will be shown a consent choice for personalized advertising before such ads are served.

App Store Billing for Optional Purchases

Bubble Surge is free to play. If we offer any optional in-app purchase in the future (for example, a one-time option to remove ads), the transaction is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their payment systems. We never see or store your card number or payment details.

Children's Privacy

Bubble Surge is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads served in the app are configured for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided information through advertising features, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with our ad provider to address it. Parents can also limit ad tracking using the device controls described above.

Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with third parties except for the advertising processing performed by Google AdMob described above, and except where required by law. We have no other third-party SDKs that collect personal data.

Data Retention and Deletion

All game data lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. Because we do not hold personal information about you on our own systems, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. For data processed by Google for advertising, use the device controls above to reset or delete your Advertising ID, and refer to Google's policy for Google-held data.

Your Regional Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU and UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, and the right to opt out of personalized advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Because we do not collect or hold personal information ourselves, most requests are exercised directly through the device ad controls above and through Google. Security

The app communicates with advertising services over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but because the app holds no personal account data, the exposure surface is minimal.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
