1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and KIBU Global Ventures LLC ("KIBU", "we", "us"), an Oklahoma limited liability company, governing your use of the Log Actual mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What Log Actual is
Log Actual is a land navigation game. It uses maps, compass work, and grid coordinates as game mechanics. The App is a game and a training aid for entertainment purposes only. It is not a certified navigation instrument and must not be relied on for real-world navigation, emergency use, or safety-of-life situations.
3. Purchase
The App is a one-time purchase billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by KIBU. Your purchase is tied to your Apple or Google account, and restoring the App on a new device is handled through the same store account. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies: for Apple, via reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google, via Play Store order history.
There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no ads in the App.
4. No account, no data collection
The App does not require an account and does not collect, sell, or share personal data. Game progress is stored locally on your device. Text-to-speech is generated on your device. The App's only network activity is fetching map tiles and routing data for in-game coordinates; no personal information is transmitted. Full details are in the Log Actual Privacy Policy.
5. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you purchased it from.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, artwork, audio, game design, and the Log Actual name and branding, is owned by KIBU Global Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Map data and routing are provided by third-party services under their own licenses.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that map or routing data will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIBU Global Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes to the App or these Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. The current Terms will always be available at this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the App.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
