How do I restore a purchase?
Open TransitionCommand, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. If it does not come back, email us with the Apple ID email you bought it with and we will sort it out.
How do I manage or delete my data?
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and we will confirm once it is done.
The app will not load. What should I try?
Check your internet connection, make sure you are on the latest version, then close and reopen the app. If it still will not load, email us with your device model and operating system version.
Is this an official government app?
