How do I request a refund?
Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by KIBU. On iPhone or iPad, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Play Store order history or the refund link in your Google receipt email. If you get stuck, email us and we will point you the right way.
How do I cancel a Going Out subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store, not inside the app. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, profile icon, Payments and subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period you already paid for.
I found a bug. What should I send you?
Email [email protected] with the app name, your device model, your OS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Do your apps require an account?
No. KIBU apps do not use accounts or logins. Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, so restoring on a new device is handled by the store.
Where are your privacy policies?
Each app links to its own policy from the cards above. The company-wide policy for kibuglobal.com is at kibuglobal.com/privacy.html.
